Prerequisites

To connect Subscript with Drivetrain, you need:

1. An active Subscript account

2. Admin privileges on Subscript

3. Admin privileges in Drivetrain

Subscript setup

Drivetrain can connect to Subscript using an API key. To get an API key, please follow the steps:

Get API key

Step 1: Log in to your Subscript account.

Step 2: Navigate to Configuration and Hover on External Sources.

Step 3: Scroll down and select Managing Subscript API key.

Step 4: Share the API key to your Customer Success Manager.

Step 5 (Optional): Share a new key by clicking Rotate API key if there is no existing key used by any external source.
