Prerequisites

To connect Freshdesk to Drivetrain, you need:

• An active Freshdesk account

• Admin privileges on Freshdesk

Freshdesk Setup

Find Subdomain

1. Log in to your Freshdesk account using your Freshdesk URL.

2. Make a note of your subdomain. For example, if your Freshdesk URL is https://mysubdomain.freshdesk.com, then the subdomain is mysubdomain.

Find API key

1. In the top right corner, click your avatar image and select Profile settings from the dropdown.

2. On the My Profile Settings page, find and click View API Key.

3. Make note of your API key in a secured document.
