Prerequisites

To connect Outreach to Drivetrain, you need:

  • An active Outreach account

  • Admin privileges on Outreach

  • Admin privileges in Drivetrain

Outreach Setup

Drivetrain supports integration with Outreach via API from a dedicated user account. To get started you would need to create a dedicated profile and a dedicated user on Outreach for Drivetrain.

Step 1: Creating a New Profile

  1. Access the Outreach Platform.

  2. Click the User's initials (avatar) in the bottom left corner of the navigation sidebar.

  3. Click Profiles under the USER ADMIN section on the Settings panel.

  1. Create a new profile with the name Drivetrain Integration

Step 2: Creating a New User

  1. Access the Outreach Platform > Click the User icon (single silhouette) in the navigation sidebar. > Click +User

  1. Input the New User information in the corresponding fields as below:

First Name: Drivetrain

Last Name: Integration

Email: (Your customer success manager will share this with you)

  1. Select User's permissions from the options under Role (In Governance) and Drivetrain Profile from the options under Governance Profile.

  2. Click Save.

That’s it! Inform your customer success manager so that they can get started!
