Prerequisites

To connect Zoho Books to Drivetrain, you need:

  • An active Zoho Books account

  • Admin privileges on Zoho Books

  • Admin privileges in Drivetrain

Zoho Books Setup

Drivetrain can connect with Zoho Books using a dedicated admin user account. Follow these steps to create a user and assign a role to them.

Create a User

  1. Log into your ZohoBooks account

  2. Go to Settings > Users & Roles.

  3. Click the Invite User in the top right corner of the page.

  4. Enter the following details:

    1. Email address (will be provided by your customer success manager)

    2. Name - Drivetrain User

    3. Role - Admin

  1. Click Save

That’s it! Inform your customer success manager so that they can get started!
