# Integrating with Zoho Books

### Prerequisites <a href="#prerequisites" id="prerequisites"></a>

To connect Zoho Books to Drivetrain, you need:

* An active Zoho Books account
* Admin privileges on Zoho Books
* Admin privileges in Drivetrain

### Zoho Books Setup <a href="#zoho-books-setup" id="zoho-books-setup"></a>

Drivetrain can connect with Zoho Books using a **dedicated admin user account**. Follow these steps to create a user and assign a role to them.

#### Create a User <a href="#create-a-user" id="create-a-user"></a>

1. Log into your ZohoBooks account
2. Go to **Settings** > **Users & Roles**.
3. Click the **Invite User** in the top right corner of the page.
4. Enter the following details:
   1. Email address (will be provided by your customer success manager)
   2. Name - Drivetrain User
   3. Role - Admin

4. Click **Save**
