Prerequisites

To connect Zendesk to Drivetrain, you need:

  • An active Zendesk account

  • Admin privileges on Zendesk

  • Admin privileges in Drivetrain

Zendesk Setup

Drivetrain supports integration with Zendesk via API from a dedicated user account. To get started you would need to create a dedicated profile and dedicated user on Zendesk for Drivetrain.

Create a New User

  1. Tickets

  2. Comments

  3. Contacts

  4. Attachments

  5. Accounts

  6. Users

  7. Teams

  8. Tags
