# Integrating with Zendesk

## Prerequisites

To connect Zendesk to Drivetrain, you need:

* An active Zendesk account
* Admin privileges on Zendesk
* Admin privileges in Drivetrain

### Zendesk Setup <a href="#zendesk-setup" id="zendesk-setup"></a>

Drivetrain supports integration with Zendesk via API from a **dedicated user account**. To get started you would need to create a dedicated profile and dedicated user on Zendesk for Drivetrain.

1. Tickets
2. Comments
3. Contacts
4. Attachments
5. Accounts
6. Users
